If Babble has helped you in a way that you would like to tell us about, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com. We’d also love to hear from you if you have any ideas about how we can improve Babble for young carers.
And although we hope it’s not the case, if things go wrong, we want to know. We want to provide an excellent online service to you and if we have let you down, it is your right to complain.
Whatever you want to tell us about Babble, we promise to listen. Many problems can be sorted out quickly and easily by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, if you are not happy with the response you receive, you can contact the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive here at Carers Trust. Email email@example.com and put “Complaint” as the subject heading, and the complaint will then be formally investigated.
